Caution - rent anywhere else
March 6, 2025They only care about getting your money. The moment you tell them you are not renewing your lease they start to charge your "account" with fees, as soon as you move out you really get hit with charges. Literally anywhere else is a better option!Property Manager Responded

Caution - read your lease
May 2, 2021The apartments is good but below grade materials. The problem is that they did not disclose many of the extra fees either on the web advertising or verbally. These fees should be listed when advertising the monthly rent. Additionally, they told me a one year lease but added 4 extra days in the end - not sure if it was just a mistake or a deceptive way to extend the lease a few days. Don't sign the lease on your iPhone as it can not be reviewed correctly due to the small size.Review from Apartments.com
