March 20, 2018This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities alone are enough for someone to fall in love with this place, not to mention the excellent grounds and landscaping. Maintenance is always on top of everything, especially since they perform preventive maintenance every 3 months or so to make sure everything in the apartment is in working order and changing the air filters. The office staff is amazing! Shanna and Taylor are always quick to help out with any issue you may ...have, and always make sure you feel at home. Living here doesn’t even seem like you’re living in Newport News with how quiet it is! Previous Resident at St Andrews
September 22, 2017I have lived at St. Andrews from 2012 to 2017. I only moved to a townhouse this year because I had accumulated so much stuff and wanted to be a little closer to work (now I'm pretty much in walking distance). I have lived in both a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom and I loved both. The front office is amazing (Shanna was awesome with my transition from my 1 bedroom to the 2 bedroom). The maintenance is prompt and take care of issues correctly the first time. Last but not least, there are NO BUGS! That ...is a big thing for me. Although you do have to share a washer and dryer with other residence in your building, I very rarely had to wait on one of the machines (And I lived in 2 different buildings). August 18, 2015I have live in St Andrews and I love it! I came from another apartment complex where I paid twice the money for half the comfort , so I value everything I received here. Its safe , spacious , kid friendly with all basic amenities. Maintenance and Office staff are friendly . The front office staff very supportive from the very beginning and I cant thank them enough. The location is close to Target , Theater, urgent care , Subway and Mc Donalds , Bus Stop. What more can one ask for.Review from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015Very clean, very spacious for the rent, super close to Fort Eustis or the interstate. Off in a corner that makes you feel like you're not even in the city anymore. Noise quality is excellent. I've never heard my neighbors once. Very pretty landscaping that makes it a joy to drive into. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.Review from Apartments.com
