Shady building management - security deposit

The building itself is fine, but the building management has some shady practice. They will try to keep your deposit when you move out. We only stayed for 1 year and cleaned the apartment thoroughly, mopping the floors, wiping down the counters, clean the corners, blinds, etc. They still charge for a cleaning fee and took a portion of our deposit due to "dusts everywhere". It's unfortunate that this is how they make extra money. If they do this to us, they likely are doing it to everyone else as ...

Located on Top of the Tunnel sits a boutique studio apartment with cascading views of Stockton St. Small entryway gives access to the "everything" room, bathroom or walk-in closet. The quaint dining room has been transformed into a lovely atrium adjacent to the characteristic kitchen. Fire escape for bird watching.
