I would never suggest living somewhere managed by Goldmark properties they do not take care of anything in a timely manner and overall just generally don’t seem to be concerned about anything but the rent from you your concerns are not their concerns that’s how I feel that I’ve been treated in the past two years living in a property managed by a Goldmark !

Stonefield is a fairly clean and quiet community. My neighbors are friendly and we watch out for each other. I love the location because it has a variety of businesses close by. I don't own a vehicle so very important to me!! Overall a very pleasant place to live.

Stonefield is a quiet, friendly community. The location is perfect for getting all of your needs met close by. The staff is friendly and really listen to your needs. The property is well maintained and maintenance is as punctual as possible. I would recommend Stonefield to my friends and family.

They have done so well with snow being cleared this year. My husband works at the hospital & has gotten in each day. Snow has been something this year. Our driveway gets bad also. Too old to shovel too much. ?Thank you!

Overall, I really enjoy living in the Stonefield Townhome complex. The area is suited very well for how my family likes to live. The townhomes are spacious with a nice home comfy feeling. However, I am not very impressed with the appliances that are in the units.
Also, sometimes when it rains really hard the windows and the sliding back door to the patio leak water from the trim above the window. This has been brought to management attention numerous times.
I’m not sure as to what they intend to ...
do about this but overall I give the complex a definite B ..
