Ceilings are paper thin and main office won't help if your neighbors are violating noise rules (Carpeting requirements & quiet hours). After months and months of trying to resolve the noise issues with both my problem neighbors themselves and the main office - with them being either unresponsive or indifferent, the most I can do is just warn others away. My neighbors to the sides and below me have thankfully been friendly and quiet, but all it takes is one obnoxious one to ruin your quiet ...

enjoyment. If you need your sleep - or even just peace and quiet while awake, avoid this area. Otherwise you'll be gambling on what neighbors you get.

Nice area... close to a lot of shopping and food. Safe gated community. Everyone gets one parking space and one visitors space where you can race the clock to park your second car before it fills up. Condo fees do not cover adequate management. Ex: 1 trash compactor is broken for 4 months...1 compactor to use for 400 units. Management sends out notices/ warnings about people leaving their trash by the compactors and ask that residents take their trash back to their units until the compactor ...

is emptied once a week...instead of providing a temporary place to dispose of trash. Pool is nice. Fitness center is lacking.

Fairly well maintained gated-community with decent communication provided by the property managers. Lack of visitor parking can be a hassle at times, but there's a side street that anyone can park at. Pool is nice and very clean when it's open during the summer months, and the gym located in the community center is never crowded, with the machines working fairly well the majority of the time. Good location to plenty of shopping centers and a few of the major roadways in the area.
