If I could give a zero star I would! This place has been absolutely terrible from the very beginning! From the terrible experience of moving into a brand new building and not having air conditioning in the hottest month of the year not being able to get our appliances for four months after we moved in! Not to mention nobody understands how to parking works here and definitely some of the rudest neighbors I’ve ever seen! And on top of all that there are coyotes in the area which people are feeding ...
and makes it extremely dangerous to be in the neighborhood at night! Oh and to mention something about these being new buildings there’s cracks in every single wall Doors don’t shut all the way my garage door opens whenever it wants to Definitely not worth the money that you’ll be paying to stay here

The apartment looks great on the surface. But after living here for several months, one sees and hears all the flaws. The furnace is designed poorly so you could be sweating in the bedroom and freezing in the living room. Very little insulation so heating bills are high. Can hear my neighbor flushing toilet and taking shower. The front door lock freezes so can't open door in winter. Was given an old banged up service door, apparently all they had left. The patio door does not close so have ...
to have that repaired. The garage door was ready to collapse after only 2 months of use. The inside finish was left incomplete. And that's just a start. Thank God for the maintenance manager who responds quickly.
