Management is unprofessional
October 25, 2024I reached out to this apartment complex because I was interested, but after speaking to the non-enthusiastic individual that answers their phones I’m gonna have to take a hard pass. Serious Mold Problems
September 24, 2024Management company “Envolve” doesn’t maintain the property as it should be managed. They bill the property for management fees FIRST then whatever is left possibly pays some vendors or not. The property has serve mold issues in almost every unit. Envolve goes through property managers who TRY to assist the residents in repairing and maintaining units to have habitable living units.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Apartments EVER!!!
June 12, 2024The pool hasn't been open since COVID 2020! Maintenance is not always available. Nothing ever gets repaired or fixed! My living room flooded and now has mildew and mold! I haven't had hot water since 05/31/2024! The list goes on. There isn't even a property manager! They've changed companies over 3x in the 5yrs I've been here. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Review from Apartments.com

The other bedrooms are the same size great for siblings, nothing to fight over. There is also a walk-in hall closet that is only limited to your imagination. Washer and dryer hook up, a dish washer and basic cable included in the rent. You can upgrade your cable at very reasonable pricing along with Internet and phone services. All on one bill.
