I have lived here at Summerset almost a year now and love it. Ala and the staff are the best. The apartments were clean at move in and any issues that arise are dealt with efficiently. I highly recommend Summerset apartments.

Affordable, spacious , quiet ambiance and most importantly management always follow up with us tenants. Ala and her maintenance crew are always working with you to enhance the whole living experience. Most units are over 1000sqf ! Older building but very solid

I'm writing this review, as opposed to writing a "not so nice" review for the community in Melbourne I recently moved out from. After my last lease was up for renewal, and I got hit with a $300 increase and I said no way and started looking again for a new apartment.
I picked Summerset because no other place had anything even close to the size of the apartment for even close to the price. I don't miss any of the community amenities that I never used, but probably paid for. My apartment is a ...
corner, and I have lots of sunlight and it was spotlessly clean when I moved in.
Photos here look really outdated. Pool area definitely doesn't look like what's shown here. It's actually amazing and really beautifully landscaped with huge palm trees all around it.

I moved here and wasn't happy with my apartment that I picked out online and Ala swiftly moved me to a better one the day I arrived into town.
The owner and management are working diligently to update the apartments. Mine came with brand new tile, carpet and kitchen appliances. My patio screen was damaged from hurricane Irma, they replaced that, replaced the Air Conditioner(it was old and not working well) and took care of pest control.

best to help you out. I loved going to the pool, love my screened in patio and the neighborhood. So many conveniences are right down the street on Wickham.

We moved in with big hopes then found out the apartment has major issues . Pest control is a joke,they.nrver come and fix anything ,and I if your on the bottom floor prepare for help cause can hear everything from the doors slamming to when your neighbors takes a leak , we have horrible neighbors stomping all night and loud drunk all night long mark my words we are ready to leave already you have been warned

Lived here few years ago and just moved back. The apartment was just renovated prior to moving in with new tile floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, and new appliances in the kitchen. Kitchen has tons of cabinet space and a small pantry also. Plenty of space for 2 people or small family. Community is decently quiet and near many restaurants and grocery store.

The pros of living at the summerset apartments is that it is in a central location close to schools and businesses, good landscaping and building space exterior and interior space setup and pet friendly.(and bug friendly; too many ants and other bugs)
Better if you live in a upstairs apartment due to noise from upstairs neighbors is too loud. Not enough care given to the interior of the apartments and water and cable is not included in the rental costs.
