The management is so nice until you actually live there. The property manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The AC and wifi are always going out, and you have to fight to get anything fixed.

My husband and I have lived at Sunbay for 2 years now. Our kids love it here as well. The property is beautiful! Between the 2 pools, doggie park, on site laundry and playground there are endless amenities to enjoy as a resident of sunbay. So close to restaurants and the college you can walk there! Even located directly on the bus line for easy transportation! The management here is awesome. I especially enjoy our property manager!!! She is amazing! Always quick to assist any resident and always ...
so polite and professional. Of all the places I've lived Sunbay Apartments is where I want to live forever. You couldn't ask for a better staff or location!! In the 2 years I have lived here I have never had an issue. We started in the 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in the back and are now in the 2 bedroom 1 and a half baths up front. My family loves the units here. The upgrades are gorgeous the rooms are so spacious. You seriously cannot ask for a better more cost efficient complex in such a great neighborhood with so many convenient shops nearby. Truly love it here!!!

I love my apartment, the amenities it offers, and the staff. My apartment is one of the upgraded units and its so fresh and inviting. I love laying by the pool (that feels like my own personal pool because there is never anyone there). The staff works very hard to keep the complex clean. Everyone in the office is always so helpful and kind. I highly recommend renting here!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DIRTY DRUG INFESTED JUNKYARD !!! The Mgmnt buys drugs from tenants, they smokers the drugs with them too.
I fell for the Pretty pictures too but then they lied when I moved......I WAS GONE ALMOST A YEAR THEN SUDDENLY THEY CHARGED ME THE LATE FEE BECAUSE THE CRACK HEAD MANAGER DIDNT DO THE BOOKS PN TIME !!!
So what if she is fired, they are still drug infested & SLUMMY!!

This place is a decent place to live, nothing fancy at all. I live in a one bedroom apartment with a roommate (we got stuck trying to find a place to live for school). I have found a good number of cockroaches within my stay so far (8 months). The people living here are usually unfriendly, but that happens anywhere else you decide to live. The trash piles up just within a few days so then we have a lot of trash littered around. The complex does manage to clean it up entirely which surprises me. ...

But seriously, it's meh. The rent for the 500sqft apartment we have is resonable (just under $800/mo) and includes everything but cable/internet. The neighbors seem super sketchy at first, but aren't too terrible. Noise is a problem during the day, but at night quiets down. We have a problem with bugs that just won't go away, and the last tennants left the smell of weed and smoke in the walls, but maintenance is working with us to fix the other problems.
