A bird makes a nest, a cat needs a space, a woman wants a home, a man needs a place. We've got all the basics here... up down all around... laundry and some off-street parking, a little lawn. The walks get shoveled, public trans and downtown are in walking distance, and there's even a freeway entrance nearby. A new library and neighborhood center are being built a few blocks away. Just about the only detriment is gas and electric on your own, but come cozy-up to a great place no matter what kind ...

A Safe and Affordable Apartment Complex

This is a perfect place to live if you want to be close to downtown Salt Lake City. The landlord is super nice and tries to get to know everyone personally. The rent is not too expensive at $400 plus utilities for a studio apartment. This is a great place to live for singles. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the building and property is well maintained. It is close to the capital building and you can get good exercise walking up and down the hill. I would reccommend this apartment ...
