Over $3,500 in move out costs, they took advantage of and elderly poc. Costs are unfair and unwarranted. If you're wondering why move in is so cheap, you end up paying in the end . Be smart , pass on this place . There was even heat.

This place is shady and I am not even talking about the residents, the office people don't care about you its all about the money. I have had packages from family that got sent to me go "missing" after being dropped off at the office. The pool is gross and not well kept, all the places are infested with roaches, I spoke to neighbors and they had a huge problem as well, its not a cleanliness issue its the entire building. We had loud neighbors and we reported them many times and nothing ...

happened. Our dishwasher was broken, I wrote it down on the pre inspection form and they didn't even replace it even after we told the office people. There are other issues that I am currently seeing a attorney about so wont mention it here but please protect yourself and go live somewhere else, I wish someone had warned me.

my apartment is nice it has dryer and washer inside the apartment it two bedrooms and one bathroom. the place it quite also it has a pool and gym where people can go. each apartment has there own parking spot. there free wif in the pool area next to the playground where i take my kifs to play.

the staff and the whole sunset landing community are very friendly and everyone here makes you feel like family sunset landing are awesome apartments, fairly cheep with everything included (washes driers, utilities) and extremely close to superstores, restaurants, the arrowhead mall, Glendale library, most importantly its right down the street from Glendale community collage, these apartments are perfect for new coming collage students.
