The manager is very helpful and the park next door is amazing
March 22, 2021easy to have kids go to school next door. The park next Is the most amazing park I have ever seen, and its in my back yard. Huge playground and places to BBQ. There are pools too. One is like a water park with slides. I walked into the community center and saw there was a gym and TVs in the community center. I have spent many weekends at that place, and my kids love going there. The property its self is clean. The manager lives onsite, so you can knock on his door or call him. DON'T MOVE HERE AT ALL!!!!
September 26, 2020These apartments are roach infested they the pictures are a lie there is no fitness center or playground. The can't keep steady management a very high overturn of managers and maintenance. They are not family-friendly at all. There is loud music playing all hours of the night the area is not great or safe.Review from Apartments.com
Y'all Can Do Waaay Better
September 11, 2018I've grown up on this side of town & never have I ever had to deal with such inconsiderate neighbors. You have people day in & out on their porch blasting music, loud talking & fighting. Kids starting fires at the park, that ended up setting surrounding cars on fire (including mine), because nobody is supervising them. The day after we moved in, my step dad bike was stollen off the porch. With everything that has taken place, the property manager hasn't done anything. Things go weeks without ...being fixed after notifying maintenance. And a mild roach infestation. Let me mind you, we haven't been here a full year yet. If you're looking for a peace & quiet neighborhood, without being waken up to foolishness in the middle of the night, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
