Lots of money for lots of maint issues
May 7, 2017Lots of roof flooding and other issues with the unit. But the manager reminded me this is a 52. Year old property which I guess is ok except that for us new renters we pay more than people that have lived here for a decade. Thats a big pill to swallow I feel like I'm absorbing the cost of all the broken leases, the new roof and of all the issues you've had with tenants when i just moved in...... Serious sad face after 40 maintenance calls.... Perhaps I have a bad unit but.... I know my neighbor ...went without a furnace and hot showers for over a month...she pays rent at a premium too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 25, 2013My sons and I visited Swan Run looking for a new place to live. Some friends of ours have lived there for a number of years and absolutely love it. We can easily see why!Review from Apartments.com
