All renovation inside and exterior. I lived there for 8 years . Only moved out because I moved out of Nevada. Great place to live, centralized location. Managers are nice and do a proffesional job. Kudos to their maintenance dept. They spray for bugs and I never had roaches to deal with. You'll be happy living there!

Great Place and Generous Management!

This place has not disappointed me at all. The apartments are all renovated and clean. No pest problems and parking is never an issue. The complex is very family friendly and pet friendly as well. The staff and management are amazing! Not only do they do their work professionally and right but they are also very understanding of everyone's problem and concerns and go out of their ways to help in any way possible. AMAZING STAFF! GREAT PLACE!

Quiet building, good amenities, and responsive maintenance staff to service requests. Office staff strives to satisfy customers. Common areas updated and are attractive. Building is generally well maintained. Security is very friendly and Always looking out for everyone. What I love the most is that every store is so closed to them. I love walking to get my groceries. Very convenience.

The stafff is so friendly and helpful here. They are always looking after the grounds to keep it beautiful. And they are quick to fix anything that might need fixing in your apartment. I've been here a year and only needed one thing taken care of.
