No Air Conditioning

I haven’t had AC in two years. I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests and they get ignored. Management just replies to these comments and says reach out to them but they never fix it. This place is trash!

Me an my daughter who is now 5 have been living out here for going on 4 years! At first it was ok then they really started slacking an falling apart! I’ve had issues with my heating an a/c since I’ve moved in..they never answer the phones at the office I’ve had multiple issues that haven’t gotten resolved like the mold I e told them about an other things in the past

Falling apart and no AC

My AC went out over a year ago and still hasn’t been replaced after multiple work orders put in. I was told they’re working on it… for over a year. The ceiling is falling off in chunks. Landscaping is half done and I have vines growing up the side of my place all the way to the roof and the brushes are so overgrown they’re almost up there too. Carpets are disgusting. I’ve told them multiple times there’s a leak in my bathroom somewhere that’s causing a soft spot and they’ve ignored me. It just ...

keeps getting bigger.

Village at Greenfield is a quiet neighborhood. People here are friendly. The staff in the office as well as the maintenance people here are very helpful with answering your questions and fixing any issues you have. The apartments are roomy and well spaced out. If you are a new renter they pay for your water, trash, and sewer for a year. Its amazing living here. I love it!

Good location, sturdy duplexes

I have been staying for the past 3 years, and it's a great place to stay in. It's super close to Downtown, the Mall, and Airport. The duplexes have been in Wilmington for a long time, too. There is a play area and skate park nearby at Greenfield Lake, which is also perfect for walking, running, and/ or bike riding.
