I have heard of many good reviews about Telegraph Hill since I’ve relocated from out of state so far so good. I have been there eight months in this tucked away corner studio apartment. It is perfect for my lifestyle and very convenient. I love the safety of being on top of the hill and accommodations made by staff.

350 Union Street is clean, mostly quiet and fairly well maintained once one masters the online maintenance request system. I do not recommend renting here because of the lack of normal refrigerators, zero freezer space, and nonexistent public transit up this steep hill at night between 6:30 pm and 9:30 am. It has been difficult to keep fresh food in a malfunctioning refrigerator, forcing tenants to spend inordinate amounts of time shopping for groceries. You can't put enough food in the little ...
refrigerator to last a week. Shopping is even more time consuming for those of us without a car since the local Safeway closed years ago. Also, the bicycle parking is not secure and even at that, there aren't enough bike racks to accommodate a 90-unit building. Please install a secure bike cage in the garage. Thank you.

Don't move here if you (like most people) need a normal refrigerator and freezer. There is no public transit to this building before 9:30am or after 6:30pm and it's a 300 foot rise up a steep hill. Otherwise, the place is clean and mostly quiet. If something breaks, they generally fix it. There are evacuations about once every 2 years -- mostly from people burning something on their stove. If you eat in restaurants all the time, don't need a refrigerator/freezer, and have a car, it isn't a bad ...

Telegraph Hill feels like the top of the world, with all of San Francisco at your feet. I love the restaurants, cafes, parks, and people of nearby North Beach, and the beautiful gardens along the Filbert Steps up to Coit Tower and down to Levi Plaza. And I'm thankful for the 39 bus!

The Telegraph Hill is an Oasis in the heart of North Beach. The Greystar staff are beyond amazing and actively help transform an apartment into a home. From the moment I walk through the front door the world transforms and my day gets a little better. When the weather in the city is a little cold I have my brick fire place and when the day is hotter I have an incredible patio to enjoy the sun. The neighborhood, tenants, and staff are all awesome! I wouldn't live anywhere else in San Francisco, ...
they do it right here at 350 Union!

Hey - what a lovely thing to say! We appreciate you so much.

Good Area

July 22, 2015 - Review from Apartments.com
My apartment is located at a pretty good area. The view there is spectacular. This furnished apartment provides high convenience to people who do not have the time to purchase new furnitures. The apartment is also located right above Little Italy and it's about a 10 minute walk to China Town. Other than the rent being a bit too expensive, this is a great place!
