    My move in situation was very time sensitive and I appreciate the efficiency the office had regarding my application/move in process. The move in deal and state of the apartment was also very convenient given my circumstances, the previous tenant and maintenance took very good care of the unit I chose so there was very little that needed to be done.

    I have truly loved living at Terra Vista Apartments. The apartment is comfortable for me, and has been an incredible place to call home. The maintenance team members Zack and Mike have been exceptional and are extremely friendly.     Been living here for over a year now and it has been a super pleasant experience thus far. The new paint job and new patio rails have been a great face lift for the complex and the maintenance team here is amazing. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and paying rent on the portal is so convenient and simple. The location is great and I look forward to staying here many more years to come!
