I went this afternoon to inquire about a one-bedroom apartment. Upon entering, I made eye contact with the agent to the right. First, she did not get out of her chair to greet me which you would think is customary. I asked to see a one bedroom or studio apartment. She informed me that they did not have any available. She gave me an inquiry list with all of the amenities. No model to show to get some idea what they look like. I had to keep asking her questions for something that should have been ...
given. After I continued to ask questions, I could tell it was not going to end well. I left. She did not offer to obtain my information for future reference. She did not ask me my name. She did not offer refreshments while I wait. She did not offer to show me at least the amenities on the property even though a one bedroom would not be available until the end of September. So red flags all the way around. If I had a choice to rent from them after this experience, I would keep driving by. Please welcome your guest being they know nothing about your property. Do better with customer service. Make efforts to show you are willing to assist in locating an apartment. If I could give a ZERO star. I tore all of the paperwork into piece upon entering my car. Thank you for letting me see your true colors.

If you are looking for a new apartment, you have found the one! After living her for almost a year, it really does feel like home. The apartments have a very luxurious feel and I have never felt more safe living alone than I do here. The apartment comes equipped with all the amenities you could need and for a great price too.

The Alexandria Apartment is a very great community to live. I recently just graduated college and I was looking for my very first place to stay. This community was the prefect place! The spacing is really good and my neighbors are super nice as well. The staff is great and they always communicated any need that I had in a timely manner. Very nice facility.

Im so glad I found Alexandria Apartments. I came from another community where management had stopped caring about their tenants. There are always considerations you have to make with apartment living, no apartment is going to be the same as a house. But if you have to rent an apartment, then you might as well rent one you love run by staff that are more like friends than property managers. The last buildings are supposed to be finished in August, and with about half the community open it honestly ...
feels like living in a resort. The amenities are beyond anything Ive seen, and I know a lot of new apartments are providing things like granite countertops, kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances m, hardwood floors, etc. What sets Alexandria apart (besides the people) are things like vaulted ceilings, brand new washer and dryer (all the appliances are amazing), the community amenities, the green space they included, THE POOL, the amazing stainless steel professional chef grills, the top of the line gym, a gorgeous clubhouse that feels inviting, lockers for your packages with electronic access, key fob locks on the doors and gates, the car wash/dog wash, the layout of the buildings, the way each one is unique and not a cookie cutter replica of the rest, even the nice wide sidewalks inviting you to walk around the communityIm sorry but you just dont get things like that at a lot of other places. Even things like the way they built this beautiful stone and wood structure around the dumpster when every other community just puts it in the corner of a parking lotits the attention to detail. Theres undeveloped land surrounding the Alexandria and from what I understand it wont be developed. So you dont have to worry about being boxed in by a strip mall or a Walmart. Its set a good distance off Balch so road noise isnt a problem. It feels secluded and insular. It feels like a resort. I love it here, Im so happy I found this place.

I LOVE Alexandria! Nedaj & Asia are the ladies in the office and they are professional & welcoming. The amenities are beyond anything Ive seen. The apartments are gorgeous. The construction is still being finished up but when its done this place will be amazing. If youre looking for a new place to live definitely give the Alexandria a tour. You wont need to look any further! I didnt look anymore once I found this place!

The Alexandria Apartments are absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to move in my new place in a few months! The staff was super friendly & helpful and on top of that, the location is perfect- surrounded by retail shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores and the hospital.
