UNITS: The ANNA Unit #206 will be ready for move in on or before February 9, 2019. It features two bedrooms, one full bath, and modern amenities which include stainless steel appliances, wood laminate flooring, great natural light, high-quality finishes, large patio, quartz countertops, dishwasher, and microwave. Photos in this display are of a SIMILAR unit. LAUNDRY: Washer/dryers are conveniently located in the basement. BIKES: Racks in our secured area make it easy to store your bike safely and ride! PETS: Any weight and breed welcome with responsible owners, a one-time, nonrefundable $200 fee per pet, and their rent of $50.00 per month.
