Must provide proof of income of 3x the monthly market rate + pass credit/background check. Application fees are non-refundable. Deposit is refundable only if application is denied. PETS: Can have up to two per unit, $350 non-refundable pet fee (total) + $50 pet rent PER pet. Ask about our Breed Restrictions, ESA’s must provide documentation. PARKING OPTIONS: On-site garage: controlled-access, assigned stalls for $150/month per space ($175 second space) or Outdoor Surface lot $50/month...limited availability for both options. Free street parking, easily accessible. UTILITIES: Trash ($15 per bedroom) and Internet ($40) are billed in your resident portal along with your rent each month. Electricity, water, sewer and gas are billed collectively from UMS Energy Company that you’ll receive in the mail. Snow and lawn care are included free of charge.
