October 27, 2021wish I could give this place 0 stars! Please don’t move here. I’ve been living here since July 2021 and management is terrible out of the 3 months I’ve been here I haven’t had working air conditioning for 2 months with barely any compensation. Management has been saying they’ll fix it but they’re dragging their feet. These people don’t care about their tenets. They haven’t had on-site maintenance in almost a year they say. In the short 3 months I’ve been here I’ve had many other small ...maintenance requests which is a major red flag when just moving into a place. The Avenue Pleases Me
July 23, 2015This apartment/condo complex has some nice amenities, while being in a great location for those who don't want to be forced to venture too far for daily needs. Nashville West Shopping Center surrounds the space, and contains many outlet stores and restaurants, but there is surprisingly little traffic noise. With Publix within easy walking distance, and a Wal-Mart and Kroger about a mile in opposite directions down the road, it provides plenty of shopping options. The pool in the center of the ...complex is nicely maintained, as is the landscaping. There is also a grill area, laundry facility, and workout center, although don't expect any dumbbells or strength training equipment, as there are only treadmills, stationary bikes, and elliptical machines. I've enjoyed my time living there, and have not had any neighbor related problems (it helps that the walls and ceilings are pretty well soundproofed.
