Miss this place already
April 28, 2023I lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it. Never had any issues so it did not bother me at all that there was no onsite management. I loved my apartment. Huge bedrooms with walk in closets the size of another bedroom. My unit had a brand new central AC unit installed a month after I moved in. I was lucky to be in a VERY quiet building until the last few months. Unfortunately, the price jump due to renovations forced a lot of us out so that is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. ( I ...could have lived here for years to come) The location is perfect- you just have to get used to people that don't know how to drive on Ford Rd. If you can get past the price of rent, you will be so happy with this apartment. I would be happy to move back in down the road. I miss it already!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do NOT live here!
January 31, 2020The maintenance here is TERRIBLE. I have only been living here 3 months and we have already had over 10 problems, including major leaks and maintenance has done NOTHING to help. They are completely unprofessional and constantly try to say that problems are normal. They also make promises to fix things and never do. Or it takes them weeks to do anything about it. Do NOT let the $500 off move in convince you to put up with this. It is just not worth the stress!Review from Apartments.com
There's no care or consideration for tenants.
May 20, 2017I can't tell you not to move here, but if I would've been given all of the information and been able to make an informed decision, I wouldn't have the things to say that I do. To keep it short and sweet, your maintenance issues and concerns are not addressed in "reasonable" time. There were many times where I was left without hot water, without water all together, and without a functioning toilet and felt like a prisioner. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone in corporate when you have to ...go over the office manager's head. He will seem nice at first, but beware.Property Manager Responded
