January 23, 2025This apartment is junk and not worth the money, bugs to water problems to poor maintenance stuff and poor office stuff. And violence is rampant. Some tried to steal my car even with a security guard and Vandalised my car also. If I were you I'd wouldn't move here.Review from Apartments.com

Misleading
April 21, 2021I moved in a year ago and when I moved in immediately there were cockroaches in the apartment, the cleaning of my apartment was horrible there were bugs in the shower! And my shower was only set on cold water I did not get maintenance to come fix it until a week after I moved in despite me calling! Plus my oven didn’t work the whole time I lived there. They even came into my apartment during Covid with no mask! Despite me asking for them to wear a mask. They are horrible receptionist and horrible ...people. Awful
March 15, 2020Lived here less than a year, had to break our lease. It was Del Sol apartments and seems to be switching owners every few months. Neighbors would constantly fight to the point authorities would be called, children ran rampant and unattended, oftentimes there would be strange people standing around in the corners. Our car was broken into and the wiring was stripped, and the day before we left, the entire block was under a helicopter and surrounded by 20+ police. The apartments were filthy as well. ...We constantly had cockroaches, at one point had a mouse, and a crack in the front door that flies would swarm in through. We ended up getting maggots in our kitchen. Sewage would also back up the pipes and our tub/sinks/toilet would be disgusting. The apartments also tried to come after us for $800+ that we had paid off, but they irresponsibly lost. Not too bad
September 6, 2019They hired a groundskeeper to keep property clean and it looks so much better but they need to get on tenants that let their dog(s) poop and don't clean up, homeless people hanging around, neighbors fighting and walls are thin, like real thin you can hear a sneeze, smell of weed or whatever neighbors are smoking seep in walls. Utilities are high here. They do fix issues right away. These are really old apartments and wish they upgrade them. Laundry room doesn't open till 9am which is hard when ...it's already hot outside.
