We are from another state and of course we were worried about looking for something rent affordable, we needed to feel secure and charming all in one. We views dozens of apartments online before we came across Bonfoy apts and fell in love. The application process was super easy and the manager Christine helped with any and all questions, promptly and polite. Maintaince is onsite and informed us of the security cameras, located in various areas on the property. Walking out in the morning to ...

see Pikes Peak, just adds to the many wonderful delights. We really enjoy the apartment and the complex is clean, friendly neighbors. A great place to call home.

Ever since the new Property Manager started, things have gotten so much better! She does what she says and she’s easy to communicate with. She’s helped me be able to stay in the apartment and work out payment plans so that I don’t loose my home. Work orders get done immediately! The Property Manager/owners have worked very hard to get rid of all the “bad” that lived here to make it enjoyable and peaceful to live here. I moved into one of the newly upgraded/remodeled units and it was AMAZING! I ...

I highly don’t recommend this place, the management is very hard to get ahold of and the staff is rude. Notices are poorly given and handed out after business hours at 8:00 pm. Had several issues since moving in and nothing is fixed. Neighborhood is rough and property is vandalized by kids. There is never parking because non tenants are parked in spots and nothing is done. I honestly cannot wait to move out.

The place is a dump, they have the city letting drug addicts live here in some kind of rehabilitation program, they are noisy and bothersome. Not mentioning all the issues with management and maintenance which are impossible to reach or get anything repaired. Honestly I can’t wait to forget this nightmare since moving here!
