December 5, 2015I was barely less than a month with the apartment and I've parked my car in the designated parking spot assigned to me and to my surprise my car was towed at around 3:00 AM on Saturday! I was ripped off by paying $390 to get my car back at 1:00PM. Easy money huh! What do you call that? Hopefully not a scam!Review from Apartments.com

Great place, lots of cats
July 21, 2015This is the first time I'm staying in San Jose and I'm happy I'm living in the Carlyle. It makes me feel safe having a gated community and everyone seems really nice. There's a lot of families and it's relatively wuiet. However, at night there are a few stray cats that live in the complex. They're kind of cute though. Overall I enjoy the cleanliness and safety of the property.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015Very nicely designed, with lots of space as if you were living in a house. Landscaping is very pretty and well maintained. Pool and Jacuzzi are very clean with a community room and bathroom close by, also a work out room in the same area. Many stores at the Eastridge mall right down the street. Public transportation is maybe 50 feet from the appartment. Freeways are a hop skip and a jump away too. Pleasantly Surprised
July 21, 2015The Carlyle is well maintained, has a nice pool and exercise facility, and the rooms are spacious to boot. Conveniently located within walking distance of many stores, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex! Gated entrance also increases security, which is an added bonus. Didn't give five stars only because the bedrooms don't come with overhead lighting which is a bit of a pain, and as pets are allowed it is occasionally noisy with the barking. Choose the Carlyle!
July 20, 2015The Carlyle is a nice, safe complex. I love that the apartments are gated and the gate requires a clicker or code to get in. We moved in recently and are just getting used to the area. Our apartment is large, looks recently renovated, has nice landscaping, and includes a cozy community area with pool and exercise equipment that are 24hours. The complex is within walking distance to a public library and grocery store; bus stops are also nearby. Lorena, in the front office, is really nice.
