    The apartments need renovation. There’s no parking. The parking you get is only one car per apartment and the space is very reduced. The units doesn’t include washing machine or dryer. You have to pay for it. The spaces are somewhat dirty…

  • great place for the price and good people

    live here for 5 years. a few issues here and there but great neighbors. very safe and any issues I had the management always came to fix it almost immediately. Made me feel at home from day one. I started living in one of the shared apartments there and moved to my own place in the same complex. Safe, quiet, nice maintenance guys and office. Small complex too so I got to know all my neighbors.

  • Valued, quiet apt complex near medical district.

    The complex is a bit older but they do their best with speedy maintenance and lovely landscaping. All of the people that live here seem to work or study in the medical district and it has always felt safe and comfortable. The land lady is easy to talk and generally pretty helpful. I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem with ants or roaches. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who needs to live on a budget, but still wants a safe environment.
