The following Dog Breeds are recognized by AKA aggressive breeds and are restricted and will not be allowed: Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskie, and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. Every dog will be required to participate in a demeanor assessment and may be excluded from occupancy if deemed aggressive or a risk to other community member or residents. If this occurs and occupancy has not occurred all fees, except the application fee, will be refunded to the applicant.

July 20, 2022The apartments need renovation. There’s no parking. The parking you get is only one car per apartment and the space is very reduced. The units doesn’t include washing machine or dryer. You have to pay for it. The spaces are somewhat dirty…Review from Apartments.com

great place for the price and good people
August 14, 2018live here for 5 years. a few issues here and there but great neighbors. very safe and any issues I had the management always came to fix it almost immediately. Made me feel at home from day one. I started living in one of the shared apartments there and moved to my own place in the same complex. Safe, quiet, nice maintenance guys and office. Valued, quiet apt complex near medical district.
September 12, 2015The complex is a bit older but they do their best with speedy maintenance and lovely landscaping. All of the people that live here seem to work or study in the medical district and it has always felt safe and comfortable. The land lady is easy to talk and generally pretty helpful. I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem with ants or roaches. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who needs to live on a budget, but still wants a safe environment.Review from Apartments.com
