I can't say enough good things about this community. My husband and I moved here trying to get away from noisy neighbors and incompetent office staff and this community has solved every one of our problems and left us without a single thing to stress about when it comes to our home. Lisa and Michelle in the office are absolutely fantastic. Maintenance is absolutely fantastic. Parking is a non-issue. Noise, litter, and things of the like are non-issues because of the mature clientele who live ...

I do not recommend this complex to anyone. The property is old and falling apart. In my one year there we had a water main burst, the gates were constantly broken, and the driveways were a constant state of construction. We had two roof leaks while living there that caused cosmetic damage to the unit and the only response from the front office was to let them know if anything was damaged and they'll try to tape the roof. Then after move out they kept our deposit and billed us for replacing the ...
entire unit's carpet ($1600!!!) because it was 'dirty' near the entry and worn where the couch was. They bought cheap carpet and made it our problem. DO NOT RENT HERE.

This small, quiet little community is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. It was very clean upon move in. Feels more like a gated neighborhood than an assessment complex. The carpets looked brand new everything was freshly painted. Crown molding, high ceilings and ceiling fans are a plus.
Everyone has their own private front porch. I have NEVER heard my neighbors, and young have to worry about footsteps above you since they are single story. Never had a problem parking. There are ...

Maintenance people are quick and pleasant to deal with. The office staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to keep residents notified about anything you may need to know (office closures, packages received, etc.)
I highly recommend this place. It's a great place to raise a family.
