Roaches :(
August 17, 2024Really sad to say that the unit I live in has German roaches. Flyer in the mailroom says that they offer a trash valet service, but that is untrue. Apparently pest control is not a priority for the buildings here. Parking is difficult for guests, there is only 1 spot in my area in specific that houses 20+ people.Review from Apartments.com
Do Not Move Here
February 2, 2023Do not move here. The property is fine and overall I enjoyed my neighbors and the staff maintaining and picking up trash. The property manager however is not someone you want to deal with. He has dropped the ball on multiple occasions and does not keep records of anything. I am currently fighting to get back refundable deposits I paid on a basis that he didn’t keep record of them being paid so they must not have been paid. After first sending me the wrong amount by not checking the address ...provided. I would recommend paying more to be somewhere else. If his boss is reading this please understand he is costing you business. See previous reviews. Parking is limited and a hassle.
