I love my apartment home
November 18, 2019I have lived at the Colony for 1yr and just signed a new lease. The management team is very friendly and accommodating. My neighbors are nice and polite. Maintenance is always on-time. It feels more like a home than an apartment and I love how quiet it is at night I can walk my dog without fear. I'm very happyProperty Manager Responded

Bad place to live
July 8, 2016These apartments used to be nice. The manager when I moved in, Mary, was very nice, caring, and easy to get along with. Since then, management has changed and this place has gone way downhill. Service requests take forever to be taken care of, and most of the time are not done correctly anyway. The front office is completely inept now. They do not listen and do not follow up regarding any issues. I would not recommend moving into here unless you are a masochist or don't mind dealing with people ...who obviously hate their job and are really bad at it.Property Manager Responded
January 5, 2019We now have a new manager and new leasing agent. We are working to get repairs done as soon as possible. Apartment now are available in classic style with white appliances and white cabinets or with updates including new black appliances, dark cabinets, 2 inch blinds, and new lighting and a microwave. We also just remodeled the laundry rooms December 2018.
