I lived here during 2019-2020 and I really enjoyed it. The staff was super kind and helpful (especially the manager Matt and service tech Waldell!) The floor plan in my apartment was much more open than at my last apartment which I really liked and I also appreciated the big windows and the patio! Highly recommend!

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am a current resident and I can't wait to leave. This place is ROACH INFESTED, DIRTY AND MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! The only good thing about these apartments is the location. The pool is always dirty, there are stray cats EVERYWHERE, the neighbors are always throwing a party until 2-3 am in the morning, trash is EVERYWHERE, the apartment floor squeaks with every step, the walls are paper thin and cheap so you can hear everything that's going on in all 3 ...
of your neighbors homes, ROACHES LIVES INSIDE THE WALL and management doesn't care about your problems! It took MANAGEMENT OVER A MONTH to fix a simple problem in my apartment and they came into my apartment without my permission WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND LEFT A NOTE STATING WHAT THEY FIXED! A couple months ago, residents got a note stating that the roads would be paved but the roads were ONLY SPRAYED TO SEEM LIKE IT WAS PAVED SO BECAREFUL OF THE NUMEROUS POT HOLES YOU WILL HIT ON YOUR WAY IN! On top of it all, the rent was recently increased by $100 and they are DOING NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE APARTMENT CONDITIONS! Don't be fooled by the appearance of the front. That's the ONLY AREA they keep clean because that's the first thing people see. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!
