While there have been several management changes over time bringing some inconsistency and adjustments things currently seem to be running smoothly. January 30, 2026Management will not help or even communicate in terms of concerns towards my property being damaged and being stolen from. We had renovations with less than a weeks notice. The vendors stole, left trash from food and drinks they stole, used our toilets (made a mess doing so) and damaged my personal furniture that they were not supposed to touch.Review from Apartments.com

January 21, 2026Out of all the apartment in Athens, I enjoy living in the connections. I do admit it’s a tad far from campus, but the shuttle system is fair and they make it easy on game days to take the shuttle there.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2026I lived here last year and I have noticed that the Wifi is slower and more spotty as well as the gates aren't ever closed. However, the maintenance is fast and the buildings are clean.Property Manager Responded

January 9, 2026Great location, except a little far from UGA campus, but it's next to everything else. The apartment was not clean when we moved in, there was dust and hair and our stove and towel holder were also broken. Price was good, but it is getting bumped up next year. Mandatory renovations are happening during the school year. Very spacious apartment though.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2025I love living here! Between the amenities offered (like the gym, the pools to the buses that take you to campus) to the price of rent, I think you are receiving a great apartment!
