June 6, 2025Living experience isn't bad. It can be a hassle trying to get maintenance problems resolved; for my AC and refrigerator it took several visits for them to be fixed because they needed to be replaced. Not sure if this is a problem with the maintenance team themselves, or if they are limited by what management allows them to do if it's too expensive. Gym is very nice but some of the equipment has been non-functional for weeks, including 2 of 3 treadmills. May 5, 2025Lots of new events which has been nice! The people upstairs are just very noisy but I've gotten used to it, so that's really my only complaint. Love the community and amenities here. Please continue to do more giveaways and events :)Property Manager Responded

April 22, 2025I really like my community. One reason I chose this community is because it is gated and there are a few cameras. It makes it feel a little safer. Although, most times, the gates are left open due to them not working. Everyone seems really nice and there are a lot of shopping areas close by.Property Manager Responded

April 21, 2025The maintenance is usually kind of spotty, and the location is very far away. But they do provide a shuttle on the weekdays that go to and from campus. The apartments are ok.Property Manager Responded
