October 14, 2025I love living here! Between the amenities offered (like the gym, the pools to the buses that take you to campus) to the price of rent, I think you are receiving a great apartment! As every place does, it has its moments, but maintenance is good and I have had no problems with the front office. 10/10 recommend!Review from Apartments.com

October 14, 2025Living at The Connection at Athens has been such a great experience. The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable — definitely one of the better student housing options in Athens. The amenities are awesome — the pool, gym, and clubhouse make it easy to relax or hang out with friends. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient too — close to campus and downtown, but still quiet enough to focus when you need to. ...The shuttle service makes getting to class easy, and parking has never been an issue for me. September 15, 2025Pretty good. My room lights are pretty dim so I had to bring some lamps. The WiFi can also be pretty slow at times but it isn’t too bad. Not a horrible experience overall.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025Communication is lacking about what certain payments are and when/how utilities are paid. I was also pretty displeased with the cleanliness of the apartment when we moved in, and the fact that most of our appliances were broken. I love living here, and the bus system is very convenient, but for what I am paying, I would expect a little better.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025I love the green spaces with the cute hammocks and our sports spots. It's clean and lively. The shuttles take time getting used to, but it's also a big bonus. Maintenance is quick and handy. But they need to look at the gym treadmills because they have been out of order for a while.Property Manager Responded
