The appliances and furniture was outdated, maintenance was extremely bad and unhelpful, and my belongings were thrown away early without my knowledge. Not a good experience at all.

I'd recommend this place, but there are also minor issues that just make it a less valuable place to live. For example, wifi and bus issues should be fixed quickly and in a professional manner. However, I do appreciate quick maintenance answers.

The apartment complex is quite far from the university. They do offer a shuttle service, but it is often unreliable and I have received multiple messages that 1/2 of the shuttles will simply not be running for the whole day. They updated the flooring while students were living in the complex. This decision was extremely frustrating as winter break was 3 to 4 weeks long and the complex could have chosen to do these upgrades then. There is still a need for updated amenities, especially with the ...
bathrooms. When we first moved in, our apartment had not been cleaned.

So far like the living space, communication with bussing is just an issue and the presence of pests nest is a little concerning. But other than that, pretty great!

The apartment complex is nice and good for the price of rent. There is alot of amenities including pools and gym that are nicely maintained.

The staff at the leasing office is incredibly helpful, and the maintenance team is both professional and efficient—they resolved my requests very quickly. I also really enjoy the overall environment of the apartment complex. However, I’ve noticed that the common areas, especially the stairwells, can be quite dirty. It would be a great improvement if these areas could be cleaned on a more regular schedule. Overall, a great place to live with just a bit of room for better upkeep of shared spaces.

New property manager is great! She’s super understanding and helpful. However, there are plenty of issues. The shuttle system has only gotten worse with time, communication about the shuttles occurs hours after it should (ex: email at 11am instead of 8am when they start running), gate are either broken or always open, and maintenance checks aren’t well communicated. The rooms are pretty spacious and nice though.

The internet can be frustratingly slow but other than that I’ve had a decent experience. Nice area with restaurants and stores nearby. Bit far from campus but I didn’t mind. Maintenance was usually timely and there’s enough parking. The pipes are a bit old and some are clogged which was annoying since I had to buy Draino regularly to clear my shower drain despite the fact I know my hair isn’t what’s clogging it.
