September 15, 2025Pretty good. My room lights are pretty dim so I had to bring some lamps. The WiFi can also be pretty slow at times but it isn’t too bad. Not a horrible experience overall.Review from Apartments.com

September 10, 2025Communication is lacking about what certain payments are and when/how utilities are paid. I was also pretty displeased with the cleanliness of the apartment when we moved in, and the fact that most of our appliances were broken. I love living here, and the bus system is very convenient, but for what I am paying, I would expect a little better.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025I love the green spaces with the cute hammocks and our sports spots. It's clean and lively. The shuttles take time getting used to, but it's also a big bonus. Maintenance is quick and handy. But they need to look at the gym treadmills because they have been out of order for a while.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2025The facility is pretty nice overall, but its not getting five stars because I am having maintenance issues with my fridge. I put in a request and they have yet to get to me. For drawbacks I would say that the walls are thin.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025It Ilyas been fine. My Amazon package got stuck in the mailbox so I don't have that, my roommate is incredibly loud in the morning which I hate because I asked for a late riser, the bed is incredibly hard which is why I had my mattress pad that is stuck in the locker. When I email the apartments I don't feel like you get back to me in a reasonable time. I have had to wait a week sometimes which I don't appreciate.Property Manager Responded
