I really like the living space but it was clear my room wasn’t properly checked before my move in. The toilet still had urine from the last tenant which made my entire room smell awful

Overall pretty good, just maintenance took some time to come during move in month. Other than no nightstands in the room and some noice from neighbors are noticeable after quiet hours. Everything else is good.

Overall pretty decent, but the washer and dryer need to be replaced. They are very old and missing knobs not working correctly, but other than that my experience has been really good.

I thought that the unit was how it was described which I really liked. The floor plan felt spacious and everything. There were no missing items or furniture. It was a little dirty. Maintenance has also been quite slow and the shuttle system has not been running properly but you can kinda get to where you need to go. It’s alright so far.

Living at the Connection at Athens has been great! The amenities are nice as well. The only thing is the maintenance requests since move-in hadn’t been fulfilled until almost 2 weeks later, and when me and my roommates asked the leasing office about it, we were given different answers by whoever we spoke with.
