Don’t do it!
June 13, 2025I have lived here since these were first built almost 4 years ago. They have been in between management companies several times. With all of the amenities we are supposed to be getting…the pool is still not open-lies all lied to several different tenants. By the pool area are the grills that we have not had access to since last (2024) September. Wasps nest have been spotted and turned into maintenance where nothing has been done in more than a month. My washing machine has been “fixed” 5x. We ...have had pitiful grass since I moved in and not a thing has been done about it. Looks can be deceiving
December 6, 2022I fell in love with this property at first sight. It differs from the traditional apartment setting with the individual buildings. The original management-Haven was AWESOME but that was short lived. This property has went through 2 different management companies since then. The new leasing agents are inadequate at responding to residents. The only decent thing here is the response of maintenance to the work orders. Rushed job is evident throughout the unit. Unpainted areas, unleveled flooring, ...wood panels that lift and consistently have to be glued back down. The outside may look good but be aware, it's not all it's cracked up to be. No amenities in comparison to other apartments, you'll get a pool and a dog park.be sure your guests register to park also or they risk being towed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
