Bozzutto and the Courts of Devon Rating
January 27, 2026We have lived here for several years and during this last storm with the ice and snow we can say the Courts of Devon has gone the extra mile to jeep everyone safe. They equipt everyone with extra salt capabilities, provided awareness as the storm got worse in case the extremeities got severe and clear instructions on how they would be there to support tennants with any issues that might arise. They also adjusted hours and provided safety to the maintenance staff as they always do a great job to ...keep things clear and fixed. They do such a great job that it makes you feel sorry for the neighbors shoveling out of their townhouses.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2025My husband, Larry, and I, and our dog Sadie, moved to the Courts Of Devon just over three months ago. We couldn’t be happier! We love our apartment and the patio. I can enjoy having flowers and plants and Sadie can enjoy sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and rabbits go by! We have absolutely lovely neighbors. And the neighborhood itself is so walkable and beautiful . Everything you need right at your fingertips! The maintenance staff are so helpful and ...responsive. And we love the gym and the pool. April 11, 2025I am happy and hopeful for the lawn sprinkler system to be reactivated. The lawn in front of my apartment needs replenishment. Aeration and seeding are not enough if there's no water.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2025The maintenance staff is wonderful, anything goes work , they react and fix things quickly. The office personnel is pleasant, unfortunately they don’t follow through. They ignore Lease requested, it’s takes 3 or 4 calls before the issue is addressed. I’ve been a resident since 2015. I’ve left several messages about resident smoking, the tenant is still smoking. At least they are pleasant. I hope they fix the communication and address issues quickerProperty Manager Responded
