Friendly helpful management. Exceptional maintenance department. Great location close to restaurants, movie theater, lakes, etc. wonderful places to walk dogs. Apartments are relatively quiet.

My husband, Larry, and I, and our dog Sadie, moved to the Courts Of Devon just over three months ago. We couldn’t be happier! We love our apartment and the patio. I can enjoy having flowers and plants and Sadie can enjoy sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and rabbits go by! We have absolutely lovely neighbors. And the neighborhood itself is so walkable and beautiful . Everything you need right at your fingertips! The maintenance staff are so helpful and ...

We are delighted with our apartment. The location is ideal. Parking is always available. Our experience with maintenance has been exceptional. The men responded almost immediately. They are courageous and knowledgeable. The Office Personnel are always helpful and very responsive.

Neighbors aren't quiet, parking is limited because of the frequent guests people have, and the access to fine dining is 0. I'm glad to be moving out

I am happy and hopeful for the lawn sprinkler system to be reactivated. The lawn in front of my apartment needs replenishment. Aeration and seeding are not enough if there's no water.

The maintenance staff is wonderful, anything goes work , they react and fix things quickly. The office personnel is pleasant, unfortunately they don’t follow through. They ignore Lease requested, it’s takes 3 or 4 calls before the issue is addressed. I’ve been a resident since 2015. I’ve left several messages about resident smoking, the tenant is still smoking. At least they are pleasant. I hope they fix the communication and address issues quicker
