They equipt everyone with extra salt capabilities, provided awareness as the storm got worse in case the extremeities got severe and clear instructions on how they would be there to support tennants with any issues that might arise. They also adjusted hours and provided safety to the maintenance staff as they always do a great job to ...keep things clear and fixed. April 6, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe maintenance staff is wonderful, anything goes work , they react and fix things quickly. The office personnel is pleasant, unfortunately they don’t follow through. They ignore Lease requested, it’s takes 3 or 4 calls before the issue is addressed. I’ve been a resident since 2015. I’ve left several messages about resident smoking, the tenant is still smoking. At least they are pleasant. I hope they fix the communication and address issues quickerProperty Manager Responded
