Great Place to Live!
August 18, 2021We lived here for 3 years in 2 different units with a family of 4. Apartments are well-maintained and quite comfortable. The amenities (pool, workout facility) are also very nice to have. Staff is friendly and extremely responsive to any maintenance requests. The apartments are walking distance to multiple fantastic parks and also very close to downtown Dublin, Hilliard, and highway access to the rest of Columbus. Slice of Heaven
July 21, 2015My boyfriend and I are currently renters at The Crossings at Avery. I would have to say I'm sad to be leaving. The staff are always so pleasant to talk to and are on top of any maintenence requests, which we have had very few. We live on a top floor apartment and from our balcony is a view of what I like to call "a slice of Heaven." We overlook a pond and it is the most relaxing spot after a long hard day at work. The apartment itself, is extremely spacious and beautiful, not to mention the ...awesome gas fireplace. The neighbors are friendly and we feel safe as it is a very peaceful place.
