TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT- DO NOT MOVE HERE

I would also like to share my horrible experience with the property manager there. She was never present, very slow to reply to emails, and never got back to the important emails (emails regarding my move out process or the time the front door would not open, which was a fire hazard). She also made claims that were never stated in my lease agreement and when confronted would claim that it is a SF city law. The day I was locked out of my apt due to low battery on my lock (never received ...

information regarding this prior to move in) she was on her way out of the city for a weekend getaway. I was lucky to have caught her as she was just leaving. When she arrived she gave me a lecture on how if this were to happen again and she was not around I would basically be out of luck. Now she has not provided any communication around the return of my security deposit. She is the reason I decided to move out during this pandemic.
