May 20, 2025The falls is a nice place to live. The community atmosphere is good, the office area is cute and serene, and its generally clean and not overly noisy. One bedroom units here are pretty small, and the storage space is quite limited, so if you have a lot of items that need storage space or closets it might not be the best fit for you. This location in Raleigh is really nice and you're right down the street from Brier Creek, but also a bit closer to Durham if you commute. December 31, 2024Overall The Falls Apartment complex is awesome! I order a lot from Amazon in half, the time they deliver it to the wrong apartment. They always send it to the same person and she is so kind and gracious and always brings my packages to me. I feel bad for her. I've called Amazon complaints corrected the address multiple times hope thinking maybe they just can't find it. I don't know what the solution is. I'm still working on. The USPS that delivers to my mailbox is worthless. I don't like being ...critical, but I won't lie.It doesn't help anybody to be dishonest about any of this. After saying what i've said, I must leave this on a more positive note I love living here. I like the people I like. The area i would recommend it to any of my friends.Property Manager Responded
