Best kept secret in Arvada

While there are many new developments going up, I keep renewing my lease because I get so much for my money here. The apartments are older but meticulously cared for and kept up to date. If you want overpriced fancy appliances, expensive stone countertops and amenities you will never use, this isn't the place. If you want a lot of space and storage, elegant finishes and a super convenient location, check it out. The landscaping is regularly maintained and on the off chance anything goes wrong ...

inside, maintenance will fix it promptly. The manager Sacha is one of the nicest people I've ever met, who cares about the residents' experience and is just a joy to interact with. She's not one to put up with nonsense though, and the result is a peaceful and respectful community. Nice neighbors, lots of happy pets, families and people of all ages and backgrounds. I'm on my 8th year and there are people who have been here even longer, which tells you a lot. I look at other places now and then out of curiosity, but have never found a better value.

Have been on waiting list for parking spot for 10 months now and still waiting while others with two vehicles get a second parking pass no problem. The apartment is not at all like described in description. Hard to get them to repair anything.
