Will do if you're tight on funds
August 7, 2015Apartment in Tigerland. Not particularly safe, the fencing around the front patio is helpful. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Probably about 3/4 of a mile from the bars, 10 minutes away from downtown Baton Rouge. The landlord did install new tile in the kitchen and carpeting in the bedroom, as well as a new range. Very pet friendly, everything is included except internet and electric. Rent would be very reasonable for a couple.Review from Apartments.com
