This is a great place to live.
The neighbourhood is amazing and the building has a very good set of amenities, an attentive staff, and it is very close to the Trinity trails..

Excellent location, living spaces and most amenities. Staff is helpful though standards have dropped somewhat since its first two years of opening. Some amenities such as outside grills often need repair or don’t work. Security is satisfactory, however high risk to residents and garage parked automobiles continues.

I love this place so much already. It’s clean, it smells so good, and we’re protected. The doors and key system works wonders and provides peace of mind when entering and leaving the building. The parking garage is set up the most simple way making it easy to get around and avoid accidents.
