This complex is horrible

Do not move here it is terrible, my car has been vandalized twice someone’s apartment was shot up in the middle of the night, everything is broken, the roaches are plentiful, the complex is dirty outside and not appealing to the eyes, I would live in a hotel before I renew my lease here. The staff is horrible as well. They will try to charge you mysterious fees and act like they don’t know what is going on. Take your hard earned

DONT MOVE HERE they dont fix anything the staff is rude havent had ac or heat since i moved here. They lied and said it was pest free moved in ROACHES. Apartment was dirty they never answer the phone and if you say something to them they threatened to evict

The apartment is nice and spacious, BUT you’ll see police officers all the time, children being disrespectful ready to fight people, gun shots near your door or outside and police officers chasing the suspect… it’s insane. So if you can ignore that then you’ll be fine… but personally I couldn’t live out there no more.

I had tried to get an apartment here, but the people there didn't seem interested in renting to me. I filled out the application and had to call them back to remind them I had an appointment to see an apartment. The first apartment they took me to see they weren't even sure it was really vacant. They fumbled with trying to find a key, and still couldn't open it. They ended up showing me a two bedroom that was already being occupied by a tiny roach. Overall experience was less than ideal. I’d been trying to get a hold of this place for months and being unfamiliar with the area I was persistent because the floor plan was something I was really looking for. They never answer the phone or respond to email and the virtual tour link doesn’t work. So we went in person a few days ago. They have a security guard. I’ve never seen a security guard at an apartment office but I figured ok. I asked about availability and was told by the woman at the desk that she didn’t know what apartments ...
where available but I could fill out a PRE rental application to see if they’d want to rent to us. So we filled one out. Then she told me it’d be $35. Why would I pay $35 and you haven’t even told me if you have an apartment available and if it’s one that would fit my needs? That makes ZERO sense. So these people charge you to tell you whether they have apartments or not. That’s unethical. Or maybe it’s a way to get your ssn and credit info. Obviously they didn’t get that $35. Still drove through the property just to look around. They’re definitely not using that pre application fee for trash pickup. Because every dumpster was overflowing and there was filthy furniture all over. One of the apartments had a balcony that looked like it was 30 seconds from collapsing. Avoid this place. There’s a reason they don’t answer. And you’d be better off finding a place in an apartment community that doesn’t have unethical business practice as well as unsafe building structure. Does the area have code enforcement? If this were New Orleans, someone would’ve called code on this one. I didn’t expect this in Virginia.

So far Ive been here for 3 months and I am happy. Only thing I would like to see is the property staff to get better with answering the phone when residents call and also to respond to messages online. Another thing is I was told when I moved in that pest control would come every Wednesday, theyve only came once. Other than that I cant complain.

The location is ok, neighborhood is quiet, but neighbors are loud, rude and don't have no compassion for others. The management could use some help or more training. Maintenance are good. Other than that I have no complaints.

I would never recommend anybody live at this apartment complex. After months of requesting pest control and an issue with rodents I was finally bit on Thanksgiving morning. The manager has no morals or ethics or values shes completely dishonest and has zero integrity.
