Lately it seems like customer service is dead, this is NOT the case with the staff at The Independence. Not only are they friendly and eager to help in any way possible, but when you walk into the office they know your name. This simple act shows integrity and professionalism of The Independence staff. Additionally the grounds are well maintained. It makes for a lovely home for myself and my girls, which is all that any of us can ask for. I am overjoyed with my experience.
