ROACHES!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
May 16, 2024ROACH INFESTATION WITHIN THE BUILDINGS!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL GET SICK!! Roaches were everywhere even after I had evacuated my apartment and bug bombed the place. After pestering them for almost 4 months about having a roach infestation despite me being clinically OCD about cleaning, they blamed me and gaslit me about it, probably because it’s an expensive problem they don’t want to fix. Even after my cat ate one and got super sick they ignored me about it. Pest control said the roaches ...were in the walls and it had nothing to do with me, and I was treated so poorly about it. By far the worst renting experience I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been renting for over 5 years here in Austin. No one deserves to pay as much as this place is charging to be forced to live with roaches. They should be ashamed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded

disrespectful staff and not safe place
July 30, 2023I have been living there for almost one and half year..the management staff over there is so rude and disrespectful And always angry with no reason .. there is no patrol at night at 1:00am there was shooting and someone was killed the area over there is not safe I saw a lot of weird things not safe place at allProperty Manager Responded

Stay AWAY
October 29, 2022Roach infestation throughout entire building, disrespectful neighbors (ex: locking their toddler OUT OF THE HOUSE at 3pm on a weekday while they are having an emotional breakdown. child was left to cry his eyes out on the steps next to my apartment for over 20 minutes.), general area is not safe to the point where the landlord told me not to walk around at night when its dark, the grounds of the apartment were disgusting although the groundskeeper was the most genuine part of this place - i felt ...terrible for him, people would party next to their cars in the parking lot all night and drink, leaving broken glass and trash for him to clean the next day. I don't have to know you to say you deserve a better place than The Ivy.Property Manager Responded
