Its impossible to get in touch with the office. They just refuse to answer the phone or respond to texts. The building is falling apart and they just don't care!

My last straw was our ac going out and they gave us a portable ac that barely did anything and it’s now “fixed” it’s 81 and does not go lower. Also get ready to pay at least $300 for the ac bill. When we asked for a discounted price for the week that it was 81-105 degrees in our apartment they said no. They also will say that is your fault for picking to live in an older building so do yourself a favor and don’t pick this place.

There is always something wrong with the apartment, the people don’t answer phone calls to get things done. It is torture renting from zendoor and the James, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!!!!

This place looks good in pictures but when you move in you’ll notice all the shortcuts that were taken. Our unit looked ready when we did a walk-thru. Found out about a gas leak the night before we moved in and was told the next day it was resolved - it was not. Spent the first two weeks with no gas or hot water during November. Communication with the leasing office is almost as big of a joke as the parking.

Too many repairs still needed. Went 9 days without AC. Our toilet has leaked poo and pee water from it 3 times. Our patio floor is not finished. The fountain out front doesn’t work causing bugs and buildup. Our gas wasn’t up to code so Southwest Gas wouldn’t even turn it on. And many more issues still not completed.
