Disappointing Experience
January 16, 2026While the apartment itself is fine, noise has been a constant issue here. The upstairs neighbors slam heavy items and create tons of impact noise all throughout each day and night. It’s loud enough to disrupt sleep and prohibit normal use of my apartment. At this point, I strongly believe the noise is intentional, or that they are operating an unlicensed business out of the apartment. I’ve contacted management multiple times, but the problem has only gotten progressively worse, and they won’t let ...me end the lease early. While they eventually offered to let me move to a different unit, if I’m going to go through the hassle and expense of moving, I’d rather move somewhere where the community guidelines are better enforced. (I’ve also dealt with frequent marijuana smoke from the balcony of the same neighbors. Building is supposed to be smoke free.) I've lived in apartments over the past 19 years, and I’m very accustomed to the typical noises that come with apartment living. This is far beyond that, and no match for the white noise machines and sound blocking earplugs/headphones I’ve purchased. If you value your sleep and sanity, I’d strongly recommend considering this experience before moving in. I am moving out at the end of my first lease term, which is the quickest I’ve ever ended a lease. I have never been so excited to leave an apartment. November 15, 2024Everyone in staff is lovely - from the front desk, to the building staff, to the leasing office. They’re wonderful! I like that the community is smaller than some and that it allows for the staff to really connect with the residents. May 17, 2024Our previous PM, who was not responsive and didn’t care much about resident needs, left over a month ago and has not been replaced so there is no leadership. One of our two elevators has been broken for more than a month so wait times are exceptionally long at peak times of the day. I’m really disappointed in Bozzuto. Right now, the only good parts of the Kingsley are the concierge, maintenance, and housekeeping staff. And the community. Hard to recommend this place right now.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2024Very quiet and extremely well kept community. Wish units weren't so dated feeling with the dark finishes and paint tones. Also wish the windows were thicker for those of us who face N St Asaph St with the Harris Teeter delivery truck noise, especially with the looming new construction directly across the street at 720 and more restaurant noise. Maintenance is wonderfully responsive. Smart thermostats in the units would be on par with newer offerings in the neighborhood. The elevators have broken ...multiple times since I moved in less than a month ago. The leasing and move in were way more confusing than needed including letting me pick up my keys then changing to new locks overnight and forgetting to tell me so I was locked out on my move-in day.Property Manager Responded
