DO NOT MOVE HERE!

It’s not safe! Maintenance will come into your home without you opening the door every time without a 24 hour notice until you threaten to sue. Maintenance can’t even do their job. One guy had to come in a fix things when the other guys kept doing it wrong over and over again. We had a maintenance problem almost every month! The worse one was our furnace wasn’t closed off and was burning everything around it and almost caught a fire! This was only a few days after we moved in! I can’t write much ...
here but I could go on and on.

nice place and affordable

Knolls seems to stay full, many long term tenants. Clean, well kept. Service request 24 hours if not same day. There are plenty of people working and contractors doing improvements through out the year. The office staff in 2017 runs a tight ship.
