At first glance, I loved it. It was like moving into a home very cozy very quiet. Has a little dog park. When they told me washer and dryer inside, I was very excited no more toting my clothes to the laundromat. The staff were very nice and helpful, answered all my questions.

We had been driving around trying to help my in-laws find a place to live and could not find anyone in this town that were really inviting until we came across Angie!! She was super inviting and personable which made the tour experience super amazing and worth the pause to do an application. My in laws are very picky individual and for her to make that big of an impression on them is huge!! They cannot wait to move in and I can’t wait to come back and visit. The amount of issues we had with the front desk overcharging us for random things, With different misinformation being given by every single separate individual in the office. was supposed to move into a newly renovated apartment, water damage in walls. New cabinets and renovated kitchen, every single drawer and cabinet had scratches, dents, paint chips, etc. The size of apartments are actually nice, but honestly the front desk gives you so many issues, and the inside of apartments, not even ...

They are always so helpful when I need something and anytime there is something going on in the complex I’m always up to speed because they are always send out emails to inform me. My family has lived at Landmark of Conroe for about a year and a half. We've enjoyed the close-knit feel of the community and all of the activities they have geared towards kids (Easter egg hunt, movie night, coloring contests, Christmas party with Santa, etc.). My children have made many friends and love spending days at the pool during the summer. Recently, the staff has gone far beyond management, and become friends. My husband died unexpectedly, and they came by to check in on us and to ...

bring meals so I didn't have the burden of cooking. They continually ask how we're doing, and I know they genuinely care. There are many apartment communities in the area to choose from, but if you are looking for a family atmosphere where the staff treat you with kindness and compassion, this is the place to be.

This place is fantastic, great location. Wonderful landscaping. A STAFF one could only dream about. Caring as if you were a family member. The other residents, it's like living among friends. Words just fail to begin to describe how much we love this place. Even the kids, well behaved, always friendly, and the laughter at the pool can only make you smile. (can I give more than 5 stars ?)

My husband and I moved in here in November of 2014 and I was expecting a baby boy in December. We got a 2 bedroom downstairs apartment and it's great close parking. The maintenance employees are very nice. I can just see raising my child here. In the rent is getting pretty high at the moment and I really don't want to move again.
