Strategically located one block from the Medical Center Health Systems Hospital and the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa, great for traveling nurses. The Laurel Condos provide the ideal living environment for medical and everyday professionals. All apartments have one bedroom and entrances are through a central courtyard. The courtyard area is accessed from the parking lot through one of two self-locking gates, and contains BBQ/picnic areas, and air conditioned laundry facility. Each unit is move-in ready and fully furnished, including dishes and linens. Small pets are welcome, with a pet deposit. For further convenience, we have onsite management and maintenance.
