Love my new home! Brand new everything. Lot of cupboards and storage places, great common areas inside and out, beautiful neighborhood. Maintenance walked me through on how to use/maintain everything such as air cond, wsh/dryer, disposal, outlets with breakers, just about everything. Dog friendly with beautiful walking neighborhoods. Even has "doggy stations" on several street corners around the building. Friendly helpful staff.
