Poor Management
June 4, 2019The management here at The Gallery is one of the worst experiences I have had with an apartment complex. They are constantly changing the property manager with those who seem to have no idea what's going on with current tenants. I was guaranteed to receive a lease renewal contract at the beginning of May by the two previous property managers and I have gone in to the office multiple times to ask them in person about it and I continue to get the same answer of getting it to me as quickly as ...possible and now, already in the first week June, I have still not received a lease renewal and will not be getting one until they can get to it. I find it highly ridiculous and unprofessional for them to guarantee something and not follow through with it due to lack of communication between the mangers. It is ridiculous for them to have the expectations of tenants to be on time with lease matters but they themselves cannot be held to the same expectations.Property Manager Responded

False Renovations
August 1, 2018We just moved in to this apartment complex last month. Under the promise of the "renovations" they were telling us they were doing to the apartments. What they really mean is they have put in new flooring and then painted over all the other problems. We have bare nails in the cabinets, unpainted doors (that were brought in from other apartments without even being cleaned, it was disgusting), kitchen cabinets have water damage and deterioration (that were painted over), the drawers in the kitchen ...are chipping and falling apart on the slides (painted over), the shower doors were not even attached to the bottom of the slider, the drain in the bathtub was painted over (which made it impossible to plug) they stripped the paint because they failed to be able to remove the drain and now the drain has exposed rust. Maintenance is working to correct these issues and others, but it is really slow and speaks volume to the type of quality control and pre-inspections they do prior to tenants moving in.Property Manager Responded

Great place but A/C sucks
July 29, 2017great place to live at but A/C is sucks even when it was at 50 f, felt like 100 f. The pool policy is sucks too no visitors no food!!! Had horrible experience this summer when A/C went off for a month landlord didn't take any action so residents had to call the local media for help. Good place to live, for the price.
July 23, 2015The owners are very friendly, the location is great, and the price is very decent for the area. My only complaints are the lack of landscaping upkeep in the middle of the complex, the excessive rules regarding the pool (no food, no visitors without prior approval, etc.), and the single pane windows that keep the apartment hot midday, even with the a/c cracked up.Review from Apartments.com
