When I first moved in, the office staff seemed friendly and helpful. But after management changed, everything went downhill fast. I didn’t have a copy of my lease, so I asked the office how much notice they needed if I planned to move out. They told me 30 days and even accepted my written notice — without ever mentioning a supposed 60-day requirement.
Two months later, they came after me for an extra month’s rent. It feels like a trap created by poor communication and careless management.

top of that, the property is badly maintained. Garbage collection is a joke — you can’t even throw away your own trash — and the hallways constantly look terrible and smell like garbage. To make things worse, maintenance has entered apartments without permission.
Don’t rent here. There are much better options nearby that won’t try to nickel-and-dime you or invade your privacy.
