    When I first moved in, the office staff seemed friendly and helpful. But after management changed, everything went downhill fast. I didn’t have a copy of my lease, so I asked the office how much notice they needed if I planned to move out. They told me 30 days and even accepted my written notice — without ever mentioning a supposed 60-day requirement. Two months later, they came after me for an extra month’s rent. It feels like a trap created by poor communication and careless management. On ...
    top of that, the property is badly maintained. Garbage collection is a joke — you can’t even throw away your own trash — and the hallways constantly look terrible and smell like garbage. To make things worse, maintenance has entered apartments without permission. Don’t rent here. There are much better options nearby that won’t try to nickel-and-dime you or invade your privacy.

    OMG!! The property is amazing, The swimming pool gives you a resort feel. I loved all of the amenities especially the 2-story gym. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Stacee is a GEM!

  • Save Yourself the Headache

    Since the new management company (DLH) took over, I absolutely HATE living here. The amenities are either constantly being worked on or unavailable to enjoy. I’ve complained about my upstairs neighbors twice, and all I was told was that I could pay $600 to move units. There’s a constant police presence here. Recently, the valet trash that we PAY FOR monthly wasn’t picked up for three days. When I asked the leasing office about it, they said it was due to the elevators being broken. Someone being ...
    too lazy to use stairs is not my issue when I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving. I’m definitely looking for somewhere else to live after my lease is up. The staff is literally no help and the new management company is an absolute joke. Look up the reviews for the other properties they manage—they’re just as bad.
